A space designed with care

With 32 private suites and multiple floor plans, our memory care neighborhood provides safe, comfortable, and engaging spaces needed to experience life’s many moments of joy.

These neighborhood-style residences are designed to be refined, familiar and functional, providing the luxuries of a community with all the comforts of home. The residences are thoughtfully designed with the multiple stages of memory care in mind, including clear sightlines, wide pathways and secure entrances to ensure every resident has a safe and enjoyable space to live.

The living spaces feature amenities such as community gathering rooms and a separate dining area, an expansive living area with a fireplace and a water feature. The wellness/activity room features gathering tables for engagement and floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure ample amounts of light. An enclosed, secured courtyard allows residents to enjoy the outdoors while remaining safe at all times. Additionally, programmable lighting is featured throughout to ensure improved sleep, alertness and mental clarity.

Experience that counts

With a profound understanding of Navigate’s memory care approach, our memory care associates create deep connections with each resident to provide a more customized, person-centered care approach in a loving, nurturing environment. All our associates are specially trained by a Certified Dementia Practitioner and participate in continuing education modules focused on dementia. Each day is dedicated to individualized activities to enrich the lives of your loved one by embracing and celebrating everything they do. Your loved one is the focus of all that we do. This, coupled with an activities-centered philosophy, is grounded in the belief that the abilities that remain for each individual, no matter how small, are important building blocks, and more essential than what is lost.

Your loved one is surrounded by spaces that engage the senses. Sounds of water and music, smells of cooking, sights of fresh flowers and plants, art – the comfort of fresh laundry and indicators of the changing seasons. Always with continuous reminders of things to look forward to today, tomorrow and beyond, each day is filled with their favorite pastimes and memories to help with recall while making new meaningful moments.

Activities are designed to aid with cognitive function during each stage of memory care including music and art therapy allowing for self-expression and engagement, games, videos and virtual reality interactions. Specialized exercises offer continued health and wellness. Specially designed programming and personal engagement helps offer a full day of purposeful and meaningful opportunities to ensure personal connections are celebrated. These activities help individuals living with memory care needs maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
